Massage, Reiki and Sound Healing
If you’re looking for a holistic approach to healing, consider a MASSAGE HEALING SESSION that incorporates various massage techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Orthopedic Massage to support your physical healing. The session also includes energy healing modalities such as Reiki and sound healing.
With over 15 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and healer, I offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to help you achieve optimal health and well-being. Whether you prefer the comfort of your own home or the relaxing atmosphere of my massage studio, I am happy to accommodate your needs.
During the session, I will guide you to focus on your underlying physical sensations and help relieve stress, tension, and trauma from your body. The sessions are designed to help you develop more awareness of your body and its sensations, call upon emotional resources, ground yourself, and learn tools to calm your mind and body. It can also help you strengthen your boundaries and release past emotional baggage.
$100 per hour for house calls
$50 per hour in my studio
